This integration automatically lets you create tickets when a survey response is submitted.

Why should Zoho Survey be integrated with Zoho Desk 

You are a restaurant owner and wish to dynamically create tickets when a customer feedback survey is submitted. With Zoho desk integration, a ticket can be created immediately in this manner.

Pre-Requisites 

The following pre-requisites must be completed before enabling Zoho Desk integration for individual surveys. Follow the steps below to enable the prerequisites:
  1. Log in to Zoho Survey and navigate to Manage Portal.

  2. Click Apps & Services.

  3. Click Connect for Zoho Desk.

How to integrate Zoho Desk  

For integrating an individual survey with Zoho Desk, follow the steps below:
  1. Navigate to Builder >Hub >Integrations, then click Integrate for Zoho Desk.

  2. Select the Portal, Department, Module, and Layout.

  3. Provide a description in the description box.

  4. Under the Attachments, enable individual responses as PDF if required. Additionally, allow the uploading of attachments gathered from survey results by enabling here.

  5. Click SAVE to proceed with the integration.

How to Remove Zoho Desk integration from Zoho Survey 

  1. Navigate to Builder >Hub >Integrations, and click Remove Integrations under Zoho Desk.

  2. Confirm the prompt to REMOVE the Zoho Desk integration.  

How to use Custom Scripts in Zoho Desk integration  

Custom scripts are short snippets of code that can be used to run a complex logic in your survey. It can be used in the integration of Zoho Survey and Zoho Desk to produce outputs with modifications.

Follow the steps below to use a custom script in Zoho Desk Integration:
  1. Configure the Portal, Department, Module & Layout
  2. Then map the required questions. Once all the questions have been mapped, click the dropdown button to choose the custom script condition.
  3. Use the custom script option to add the required custom script. You can also test run the code to ensure the logic works.
