Collector Quota

With collector quota, you can create quotas to limit the number of responses for each collector. You can create individual collector quotas for all the collectors in a survey. To learn how to add a new collector, click here.

To add a collector quota:

  1. Click the Launch tab and select Collector Quota in the left pane.

  2. Click Enable.

  3. Enter the required number of responses in the Quota Limit field. Select the action to be performed once the quota is complete in the Quota Completion Options section. You can select one of the following options:

    1. Close the collector - Close the collector and inform the future respondents that the survey has ended.

    2. Terminate respondent session immediately and skip to the over quota page - End the respondent session immediately and choose the next action to perform through the Survey Over Quota Page.

    3. Continue collecting responses above quota limit as over quota - Select this option if you want the survey to continue collecting responses above the quota limit.

      1. Select Increment response count for over quota responses if you'd like to add the over quota responses to the Completed Responses counter.

  4. Click Save.

To notify someone of the quota completion:

  1. Click the Quota Completion Notification dropdown list.

  2. Select the emails to be notified of the quota completion.

  3. Click Save.

To edit an existing collector quota:

  1. Click the Launch tab and select Collector Quota in the left pane

  2. Hover over the collector you want to edit and click the  button.

  3. Make necessary changes to the collector quota and click Save.

To disable an existing collector quota: 

  1. Click the Launch tab and select Collector Quota in the left pane.

  2. Hover over the collector you want to disable.

  3. Turn the toggle button  off.

To delete a collector quota:

  1. Click the Settings tab and select Collector Quota in the left pane.

  2. Hover over the collector quota you've created, and click <delete icon>.

  3. Click Delete to confirm.

To view the collector quota response progress: 

  1. Click the Settings tab and select Collector Quota in the left pane.  

  2. You can view the number of completed response values and Quota limit.

  3. You can also view the collector quota progress by clicking the Launch tab and selecting Collector Quota in the left pane.
