With MailChimp, you can send marketing email campaigns, connect with your customers, advertise, and build your brand effectively.
- Click Campaigns under Distribution on the left pane of the Launch tab.
- Click Start.

Click Authenticate MailChimp on the Zoho Survey + MailChimp page.
- Log on with your MailChimp credentials or create a new MailChimp account.

Click Allow to authorize your Zoho Survey account with MailChimp.
- Click the list (from the lists you've created in the MailChimp account) you want to use from the Recipients section.
- Click Next. If you want to sign in as a different user, click Sign in as a different user and follow the sign-in process.
- Complete the Setup section.
- Click Edit in the Design section to design your email template. Drag and drop the widgets to add a heading, paragraph, or table.
- Click Save.
- Click Submit. You'll be prompted to log on to your MailChimp account.
To send an email campaign through MailChimp:
- Log on to your MailChimp account.

Click Create Campaign.

Select Email on the left pane.
- Add a name in the Campaign Name field.

- Click Finish later to save the campaign as a draft.
- Click Schedule to select a delivery date and time to send the campaign later.

Click Send and select Send Now in the pop-up that appears to send out the campaign immediately.
