To configure an account with MailChimp:

1. Click Campaigns under Distribution on the left pane of the Launch tab.
   
2. Click Start.
   
3. Click Authenticate MailChimp on the Zoho Survey + MailChimp page. 
   
   
   
4. Log on with your MailChimp credentials or create a new MailChimp account. 
   
5. Click Allow to authorize your Zoho Survey account with MailChimp.
   
   
   
6. Click the list (from the lists you've created in the MailChimp account) you want to use from the Recipients section. 
7. Click Next. If you want to sign in as a different user, click Sign in as a different user and follow the sign-in process.
   
8. Complete the Setup section.
   
9. Click Edit in the Design section to design your email template. Drag and drop the widgets to add a heading, paragraph, or table.
   
10. Click Save.
    
11. Click Submit. You'll be prompted to log on to your MailChimp account.
