To edit a scheduled SMS invite:    

1. Go to the Launch tab.
   
2. Under Distribution in the left pane, click SMS. You can only access this after you publish the survey.
   
3. Click the next to the invitation you want to edit from the list of scheduled invites.
   
4. Click Edit.  
   
5. Make any necessary changes, then click Schedule.
   

To delete a scheduled invite:   

1. Go to the Launch tab.
   
2. Under Distribution in the left pane, click SMS. You can only access this after you publish the survey.
   
3. Click the Delete next to the invitation you want to delete from the list of scheduled invites.
   
4. Click Yes in the confirmation dialogue box that follows.
   

To Track an SMS invitation:  

1. Go to the Launch tab.
   
2. Under Distribution in the left pane, click SMS. You can access this only after you publish the survey.
   
3. Click Overview to see the following details:
   
1. Sent - Displays the details of how many SMS have been sent successfully.
   
2. Unsubscribed - Displays the details If someone has unsubscribed from your invite.
   
3. Failed - Display the details of how many SMS are not sent.
   
4. Invite History - Displays the date, respondents' details, and other details of each invite.Click View for detailed information.
4. Click View for detailed information.
   
5. Click Create Reminder to send an SMS reminder to people who have not responded to your survey.
   
6. Click Recipients to see the following details:
   
1. Search Recipients - Search for a recipient by using keywords.
   
2. Phone Number- Displays phone numbers of the sms invitees.
   
3. Download as CSV - Download the list of filtered recipients in a CSV format.
   
4. Sent - Displays whether your invite has been sent.
   
5. Responded - Displays the response status of your survey.
   
7. If they have responded, click the View Response icon to view the responses you have received. This will take you to the reports section where you can see detailed response details.

To filter responses:   

1. Go to the Launch tab.
   
2. Under Distribution in the left pane, click the SMS tab. You can access this only after you publish the survey.
   
3. Click the Recipients tab.
   
4. Click the Filter icon.
   
5. Select the desired filter from the drop-down list. You can view the collected responses under the selected filter.
   

1. All recipients - To view all the recipients
   
2. No responses - To view the recipients who haven't responded yet
   
3. Partial responses - To view the ones who have partially responded
   
4. Complete responses - To view the ones who have submitted complete responses
   
5. Disqualified responses - To view the recipients who don't fit your requirements
   
6. Over Quota Responses -To view the recipients who couldn't take the survey because it reached the limit of the preset quota.
   
7. Unsubscribed - To view those who have unsubscribed from your SMS.
   
8. Not sent - To view the SMS invites that have not been sent out yet.
   
9. Failed - To view the invites that have failed to send.
   

To search for a contact to find out if they have answered your survey:    

1. Go to the Launch tab.
   
2. Under Distribution on the left pane, click the SMS tab. You can only access this after you publish the survey.
   
3. Click the Recipients icon and search for recipients in the search bar by using keywords.
   

 To filter your SMS distribution contacts:   

1. Go to the Launch tab.
   
2. Under Distribution in the left pane, click the SMS icon. You can access this only after you publish the survey.
   
3. Click the Recipients tab.
   
4. Click the Filter icon.
   
5. Select the desired filter from the drop-down list. You can view the contacts under the selected filter.
