Collect Geolocation

You can now collect your respondent's geolocation by enabling this option in the Restrictions of the Zoho Survey app. If the location services are disabled on your device, you need to enable them in your device settings.

To collect the geolocation:

  1. Tap any survey and then tap Allow Location Services in the Geolocation section.

  2. Tap Location on your device settings and then turn the toggle button On.

  3. Navigate back to the app and tap Allow Location Services to allow or deny the app to use your location.

Note
The Enable Location button will not be shown when the survey is accessed without signing in through the Survey URL. In this case, the respondent has to manually select the option in Settings-> App Permissions-> Location-> Enable location.

Note: 

Respondent's geolocation can be collected even with no internet connectivity. To do so, go to Zoho Survey's web console and enable Collect Geolocation setting in Launch > General restrictions > Save.
