How do I access the application?

  1. Install the application on your Android tablet.
  2. Tap Sign in and enter your Zoho Corp credentials. You will be taken to the All Surveys page. You can also sign in as a guest.

How do I login as a guest?

  1. Install the application on your Android tablet.
  2. Tap Continue without sign in. You can add offline URLs here directly and access them anytime.

  3. Tap + and add the survey name in the Survey Reference Name field.
  4. Enter the offline survey URL in the Survey URL field.

  5. Tap Save. You'll find your surveys listed on the following page.

How do I add more surveys as guest?

  1. Tap + on the All Surveys page after signing in as a guest.
  2. Add the survey name in the Survey Reference Name field.

  3. Enter the offline survey URL in the Survey URL field.

  4. Tap Save.

How do I edit a survey as a guest?

  1. Sign in to the application as a guest, and tap  against the survey you want to edit.
  2. Tap Edit.

  3. Make necessary edits to the Survey Reference Name and Survey URL.
  4. Tap Save.

How do I delete a survey as a guest?

  1. Sign in to the application as a guest and tap  against the survey you want to delete.
  2. Tap Delete.

  3. Tap OK in the confirmation dialog box that follows.

How do I access the survey as guest?

  1. Sign in to the application as a guest and tap  against the survey you want to access.
  2. Tap Access Survey.

  3. Enter the offline password in the Authenticate dialog box and tap OK.
  4. Tap Take Survey to answer the survey.
  5. Tap to access the All Surveys page.
  6. Enter the offline password in the Authenticate dialog box and tap OK.
  7. Tap Exit to leave the survey.

How do I upload responses as guest?

  1. Sign in to the application as a guest and tap .
  2. Tap Upload Responses. The details of when the response was completed can be found here.
  3. Tap Upload Responses in the Admin Console.

  4. Enter the offline password in the Authenticate dialog box and tap OK.
Note

  1. You can view, edit, remove, permanently delete, and restore responses in the Admin Console.
  2. If you have enabled power saver mode or disabled background data usage, the response upload cannot be processed in the background. Hence we recommend keeping the app in the foreground or adjusting your device's settings.
