You can let responders upload various types of files in your survey. They can be documents, images, spreadsheets, multimedia, or custom file-type extensions. Multiple file upload fields can be added to collect many files, which includes diverse file types as well.

To collect the file :

1. Tap any survey and navigate to the  File Upload question in it.
   
2. Tap  Choose File next to the  File Upload field.

3. Tap  and allow the application to access the camera on your device and take pictures.

4. Tap  and allow the application to access the camera on your device and record video.

5. Tap  and allow the application to access the files on your device and select the file(s).

6. Tap  and allow the application to record audio.

1. Tap to start recording.
   

   Note

   The maximum recording time limit is 5 minutes.

2. Tap   to stop recording.
   

3. Tap   to clear the recorded audio.
   

4. Tap  to play the recorded audio.
   

5. Tap        on the top right to save the recorded audio.
   

7. To remove a selected file, click next to the file.
