Launch Survey
Before accessing the survey, make sure you have set up a password. It's also best to have the kiosk mode and the auto upload feature enabled to make the offline survey experience a breeze.
Password Protection
Keep your data secure by restricting access to your responses with the admin console. Offline surveys are password-protected and ensure your data stays confidential.
To set up a password:
- Tap any survey and tap Password in the Launch options section.
- Enter a password with a minimum of six characters and tap Save. You'll be asked to enter the password to view and manually upload your offline responses. If you've enabled Auto Upload, you'll also be asked to enter the password to access the survey.
Kiosk Mode
Enable the kiosk mode to load the same survey multiple times on the same device for different people to answer. Having a survey kiosk at trade shows, hotels, restaurants, or malls helps gather survey responses with ease and eliminates the need for manual operation. You can time them to refresh automatically after several minutes of inactivity or after every response.
To set up a kiosk mode:
- Tap any survey, then tap Kiosk Mode in the Launch options section.
- Tap the toggle button to enable the kiosk mode.
- Select the survey exit and restart time.
- Select the restart page.
- Tap Save.
Auto Upload
Enter your password before launching your surveys and after the responses have been collected. Your responses will be automatically uploaded when your internet connectivity is restored. Make sure to check all your responses are uploaded before you close the application so that you don't lose any responses.
To enable auto upload:
- Tap any survey, then tap Auto Upload in the Launch options section.
- Tap the toggle button to enable auto-upload.
- Tap Save.
