Auto-Close Collector on Quota Completion

Overview

When your survey has collected enough responses, you can automatically close the collector. This eliminates the need to manually monitor and close the collector once the quota is met and ensure no additional responses are collected beyond your set limit.

How to Auto-Close Collector

  1. Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Click the Publish tab.
  1. Select the collector you want to configure.
  2. Click Collector Quota from the left pane.
  1. Click Configure.
  2. In the Quota Completion Options section, select the Close the collector option. Click Save.
  1. This will display a message to new respondents that the survey is no longer accepting responses. Customize this error message using the closed survey page feature.
