Limiting Responses for each Collector

Overview

Set a response limit to control how many submissions each collector can receive. This helps you manage data collection precisely, ensuring you gather only the number of responses you need. Once the quota limit is reached, handle additional respondents based on the completion option you configure.

How to Set Up Collector Quota Limit

  1. Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Click the Publish tab.
  1. Select the collector you want to configure.
  2. Click Collector Quota from the left pane.     
  1. Click Configure.
  2. Enter the maximum number of responses in the Quota Limit field and click Save.
