Tracking Over Quota Responses

Overview

Separately identify responses collected after the quota limit is reached, keeping them distinct from your primary data set. This gives you full visibility into all submissions while maintaining a clear distinction between in-quota and over quota responses.

How to Track Over Quota Responses

  1. Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Click the Publish tab. 
  1. Select the collector you want to configure.
  2. Click Collector Quota from the left pane.
  1. Click Configure.
  2. In the Quota Completion Options section, select the Continue collecting responses above quota limit as over quota option.
            
  1. Select Keep count of over quota responses if you want to add the over quota responses to the Completed Responses counter. Click Save.
  2. The over quota responses can be tracked separately as these responses will be marked as Over Quota instead of Completed.
