Overview

The SAML Authentication setting restricts survey access to verified members of your organization. When enabled, only users authenticated through your organization's SAML identity provider (IdP) can view and submit the survey. This ensures only authenticated members can view and respond to the survey.

Use Cases:

Healthcare - Allow principal investigators to sign in via institutional SSO to respond to trial-specific survey forms.
Education - Let internal compliance officers sign in through the university IdP to respond to audit and compliance surveys.
Retail - Allow internal CX teams to sign in via enterprise SSO to respond to NPS surveys across product lines.
Technology & SaaS - Allow internal QA teams to sign in through the IdP to respond to pre-release feedback surveys.
Banking - Allow zonal leads to sign in via enterprise SSO to complete standardized appraisal surveys across branches.
