Overview
When you need to collect feedback exclusively from your organization's members, Organization Invites provides a secure, access-controlled method to do so. You can authenticate respondents via Zoho Accounts or via SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language).
Unlike public survey links, these collectors restrict access to verified members of your Zoho organization, ensuring responses come only from authenticated employees or team members. Because respondents sign in with their Zoho credentials, every response is tied to a known identity, duplicate submissions are prevented, and data integrity is maintained.
You can assign separate collectors to different organization groups such as departments, locations, or project teams, allowing you to segment responses without creating multiple surveys. This approach is especially valuable for internal use cases such as employee engagement surveys, compliance checks, policy feedback, and performance assessments, where response integrity and controlled access are critical.
