Overview
Send survey invitations directly from a mail client like Outlook or Gmail, or distribute them using a third-party email service like Mailchimp. You can copy the survey link or embed code and add it to your email campaign. You can maintain consistency with your existing email workflows, use your organization's branded templates, or reach a contact list managed outside Zoho Survey.
Use cases
Education - For example, you run an online coaching business with a subscriber list in Mailchimp. After a program ends, you build a feedback survey in Zoho Survey and generate a trackable link for this batch. You copy that link, head over to Mailchimp, create a new email campaign targeting your cohort participants, and paste the survey link as a button in the email body. Mailchimp sends the email in your branding, from your sender identity and when a participant clicks the link, they land on your Zoho Survey, fill it out, and submit. Every response comes back into Zoho Survey under the collector you created, grouped and ready to analyze, while Zoho Survey remains completely invisible to the recipient throughout.
Market Research - Send brand perception or market research surveys through your existing subscriber list.
Retail - Embed a Net Promoter Score question directly in your transactional email so respondents submit a response without leaving their inbox.
Healthcare - Hospitals can use their existing communication tools to send survey invites to discharged patients.
Human Resources - Trigger a structured exit survey via your company's email system when an employee leaves the organization.
Banking - Financial advisors can send survey invites from their own email client after a portfolio review meeting.
Hospitality - Send a dining experience survey from your existing CRM or reservation platform's email tool.
