Include Contact Variables in the Email Subject
Overview
How to include contact variables in the email subject
- Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
- Go to the Publish tab.
- Select the required collector or click Add New Collector.
- For a new collector, under Email Invites by Zoho Survey, click Create, then select the Create Email option to begin composing your invitation.
- For an existing collector, click Create Email to begin composing your invitation.
- Click Insert Variable in the dropdown list and select the required contact variables. You can choose from standard contact variables such as email address, phone number, first name, last name and survey title or use custom contact variables.
- These contact variables can be uploaded by using the import contacts option in the Send to configuration window.
