Create a Collector for Zoho Billing

Overview

Use this collector to send survey invitations to customers directly through Zoho Billing, triggered by billing events such as invoice generation or subscription renewal without any manual distribution.

How to create a collector for Zoho Billing

Select the survey and click Builder option from the left pane.
Go to the Publish tab in the top-right corner.
Click Add New Collector.
In the Email Invites by Zoho Services section, click Continue.
In the Zoho Billing sub-section, click Create.

Create. Review. Publish.
