Create a Collector for Zoho CRM

Overview 

Use this collector to send survey invitations to leads, contacts, or accounts directly through Zoho CRM, triggered by sales workflows and pipeline events without any manual distribution.

How to Create a Collector for Zoho CRM

  1. Select the survey and click Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Go to the Publish tab.
  3. Click Add New Collector.
  4. In the Email Invites by Zoho Services section, click Continue.
  5. In the Zoho CRM sub-section, click Create.
