Create a Collector for Zoho Desk

Use this collector to send survey invitations to customers directly through Zoho Desk, triggered automatically by support ticket workflows without any manual distribution.

How to create a collector for Zoho Desk

  1. Select the survey and click Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Go to the Publish tab. 
  3. Click Add New Collector.
  4. In the Email Invites by Zoho Services section, click Continue.
  5. In the Zoho Desk sub-section, click Create.
