Distribute Surveys to Your Zoho Desk Contact Lists

Send surveys to your Zoho Desk contacts and capture responses directly in your support records.

How to distribute surveys to your Zoho Desk contact lists

  1. Select the survey and click Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Go to the Publish tab.
  3. Click Add New Collector.
  4. In the Email Invites by Zoho Services section, click Continue.
  5. In the Zoho Desk sub-section, click Create.  
             
  1. Click Go to Zoho Desk.
            
  1. Configure the required settings in Zoho Desk.
  2. Send surveys and analyze responses.
