Overview
Surveys can be distributed directly through your existing Zoho applications without exporting data or managing a separate contact list in Zoho Survey. With Email Invites by Zoho Services, survey invitations can be sent to a defined audience through Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Campaigns/Zoho Marketing Automation, or Zoho Billing. Invitations are triggered based on real-time events, triggers or workflows in these applications. Distribution is streamlined and data is kept within one ecosystem.
Use cases
Customer Support - When a support ticket is resolved in Zoho Desk, a workflow is triggered and an email is sent to the customer with a CSAT survey link embedded. The email is delivered in your brand's identity and when the link is clicked, the survey is completed, and the response is captured in Zoho Survey under that collector. The trigger and delivery are handled by Zoho Desk; the collection is handled by Zoho Survey.
Marketing Agencies - Include survey invitations in targeted emails using Zoho Campaigns to collect subscriber preferences, measure content satisfaction, or run market research at scale.
Retail - Send post-purchase feedback surveys to Zoho CRM contacts when a deal is marked as closed, to collect NPS scores and product ratings without manual follow-up.
Human Resource - Send candidate experience surveys directly to applicants through Zoho Recruit, triggered at key hiring stages such as after screening calls, interviews, or offer acceptance.
Technology and SaaS - Invite live chat visitors in Zoho SalesIQ to complete a product feedback survey during or after a chat session, capturing responses while the experience is still fresh.
Finance - Send billing experience or churn-risk surveys to customers after invoice delivery or subscription renewal events in Zoho Billing to understand and reduce payment drop-offs.
