Add Email Recipients Manually

Overview

Enter recipient email addresses one at a time directly in the collector, without uploading a list or connecting an external source. This is useful when you have a small, specific group of contacts to reach.

How to add email recipients manually 

  1. Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Go to the Publish tab. 
  3. Select the required collector or click Add New Collector.
  4. For a new collector, under Email Invites by Zoho Survey, click Create, then select the Create Email option to begin composing your invitation.
  5. For an existing collector, click Create Email to begin composing your invitation.
            
  1. Set up URL parameters, customize the email invitation template, and contact variables.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Set up Sender Information with the From Address and Sender Name.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select the Specific contacts option in the Send to section.
             
  1. Enter the email addresses of contacts each separated by a comma.
  2. Once you're done adding the contacts, click Next to set up invitation preferences.
