Embed a Survey Question in the Email

Overview

Display any question of your survey directly in the email body, letting recipients submit their response without opening the survey link.

Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
Go to the Publish tab.
Select the required collector or click Add New Collector.
For a new collector, under Email Invites by Zoho Survey, click Create, then select the Create Email option to begin composing your invitation.
For an existing collector, click Create Email to begin composing your invitation.
Click the Edit Message icon to edit the email template.

Under the Display Type section, select Question Embed.This option allows you to directly embed a survey question in the email body.
Select a question from the dropdown list to embed it in the email.

Once you're done selecting the question, you can change the position of the question placement as required. Once you're done, click OK to embed the question as part of the email.
