Overview

The Private Audience option allows you to share your survey with a specific group of respondents rather than making it publicly accessible. This is ideal when your audience is defined but external to your organization, such as employees, customers, or invite-only participants and you need to control exactly who can respond.

Use cases

Market Research - Distribute product perception or brand tracking surveys to a pre-screened respondent panel. Restricting access ensures only verified panel members contribute, ensuring your data free from unsolicited responses.

Finance - Send client satisfaction surveys to a specific portfolio of clients after a review meeting or advisory session. Limiting access to existing clients protects data privacy and maintains compliance with financial regulations.

Retail - Only invite verified buyers to rate their shopping experience or a specific product after checkout. Private access prevents feedback from individuals who have not made a purchase, improving response quality.

Healthcare   - Send post-visit feedback surveys exclusively to registered patients at a clinic or hospital. Private access ensures that sensitive health-related responses are collected only from verified individuals.

Education - Collect end-of-semester feedback from enrolled students about their courses and instructors. Private access limits responses to current students, ensuring the feedback is relevant and credible.

Human Resources - Gauge employee satisfaction or well-being across your organization. Restricting access to internal staff only ensures honest, confidential responses without external interference.

Technology and SaaS - Gather in-depth feedback from a closed group of beta users testing a new feature or product release. Private access ensures that only authorized testers not the general public can submit responses.
