Set Up Contacts-based Triggers in Zoho Survey Email Distribution

Overview

Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.

How to set up contacts-based triggers in Zoho Survey email distribution.

  1. Go to the Publish tab.
  2. Select the required collector or  click Add New Collector.
  3. For a new collector, under Email Invites by Zoho Survey, click Create, then select the Create Email option to begin composing your invitation.
  4. For an existing collector, click Create Email to begin composing your invitation.
            
  1. Set up URL parameters, customize the email invitation template, and contact variables. Click Next.
  2. Set up Sender Information with the From Address and Sender Name and click Next.
  3. Select the Contacts based on triggers option in the Send to section. Enter a trigger name. The trigger name helps to identify the trigger on third-party apps.
            
  1. Once you're done setting up the trigger, click Next to set up one-time or recurring invites.
