Regenerate HTML Code for an Inline Email

Overview

Generate a new HTML embed code when you need to replace the question embedded in an existing inline email. Select a different question from the dropdown and regenerate the code. Copy and re-insert the updated code into your email template using the insert HTML option.

How to  Regenerate HTML Code for an Inline Email 

  1. Go to the Publish tab.
  2. Select the required collector. 
              
  1. Click Configure & Regenerate.
              
  1. You can now change the question to be embedded in the inline email using the dropdown list.
  2. Click Generate HTML to generate the HTML code for this survey question to be embedded in the email template.
  3. Once generated, click Copy to insert the question in your email template, or click Copy HTML to insert the HTML code using the insert HTML (</>) option.
