Buy Responses

How to buy survey responses       

  1. Select the survey and click Builder section on the left pane.
  2. Go to the Publish tab.
  3. Click Add Collector.
  4. Click Continue option under Buy Responses.
  5. Read the terms and conditions and select the checkbox to confirm that you agree with Survey Buy Responses Terms and Conditions.

Note: You can buy responses only if you do not have any questions asking for the respondents' personal information, such as name, address, email address, contact information, etc.
  1. Delete any question with personal information before proceeding with the purchase.
  2. Click Create Collector.
  3. Select the total number of responses you want to collect by using the slider.

Note: To purchase more than 1000 responses, create a new collector and proceed with purchasing the new set of responses.
  1. Select the incidence rate in the Incidence Rates dropdown. The incidence rate is the percentage of respondents whom you think would qualify for your survey. You need to select this only if you have set a qualifying question and a disqualification logic. Otherwise, you can go ahead with the default value it shows.
  1. Select the country from which you need your target audience in the Select Country dropdown list.
  1. Click Target regions to select areas within the country you have chosen. This feature is available only for a select few countries. Also you can Enable Region Balancing to distribute the numbers among the regions and set required values. Above balancing values should add to 100.
  1. Select the gender in the Gender dropdown list. If you want a mix of both male and female respondents, select Both. If you want to customize the gender balance, click Custom and select the percentage by using the slider.
  2. Expand the Age section and Select an age range using the Range option.. To customize the age balance, click Custom Age Balancing and enter the minimum and maximum age limits, and the percentage.
  3. Click + to add more rows and click X to delete rows.
  1. Expand Household Income (Yearly) and select an income range, or choose Prefer not to answer if you do not want to specify any conditions.
  2. Expand Marital Status, Basic Education, Employment Status, and Industry Sectors and select the corresponding fields.
  3. Click Calculate to calculate the total cost of the responses that you are buying. An estimated delivery date and the total cost will be displayed right there.
  1. Click Show in the Project Details section to see the details of the responses you are buying. Click Hide to collapse the section.
  1. Click Preview Survey before payment. Click Proceed in the dialogue box that appears notifying you of what you may not have access to once you make a payment.
  1. Click Edit in the Project Details section if you want to make edits to the project before making the payment.
  1. Click Checkout Now to make payment.

Note:
  1. You cannot edit or modify the survey after you proceed with the purchase.
  2. The survey will be reviewed before the responses are collected, to ensure they conform to our terms.
  3. The cost displayed is exclusive of taxes.
  1. Click Make Payment
            
  1. Once payment is successful, your order will be sent for review. You can find the status of your order on the Order details page in the Buy Responses collector.

  2. Once the review is complete, the status can be viewed on the Project details page in the Buy Responses collector.
            
  1. Once all the responses are collected you can view the status on the Project status page in the Buy Responses collector.
            
In Reports, you can find the details of the responses in the Responses tab. You can also use this data to create cross-tab reports and even filter your responses based on the various criteria that you chose while purchasing them. As these responses are being purchased and collected for you, reports will not update in real time. If you want to see the responses collected through a particular collector, you can create a filter and select the collector and the criteria (you chose during the purchase) in the Display Logic section.
