Auto-Upload Responses

Overview

When your device goes offline, survey responses are saved locally and queued for upload. Once a connection is detected, all pending responses are automatically synced to your Zoho Survey account without manual action.

 How to enable auto-upload       

  1. Select the survey and click the Builder section.
  2. Click the Publish tab.
  3. Click Continue under the Offline Devices option.
  4. Enter a password in the Password field. This is used to access the admin console, where you can view and upload your offline responses.
  5. Click Create Collector.
  6. Click Preferences on the left pane.
  7. Enable the Auto Upload toggle automatically upload responses when an internet connection is available.
  8. Click Save.
