Create QR Code for Your Survey

Overview

A QR code (Quick Response code) is a two-dimensional barcode that stores information, such as a URL that can be scanned using a smartphone camera or QR code reader app to instantly access the stored information without typing anything manually. Display it on physical materials like posters, brochures, or business cards to collect responses in the real world.

How to create a QR code  

  1. Select a survey and go to the Publish tab.
  2. Click Add New Collector.
  3. Click Create under the Public Link option in the Public Access section to publish your survey.
 
    4. Click Get QR to generate the QR code.
   5. Click Copy to copy the QR code, then paste it directly into an email campaign to embed it alongside your survey invitation.
   6. Click Download to save the QR code. You can print it on event banners, posters, or flyers to collect feedback.
