Send Survey Through Social Media

Share your survey directly on popular social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn with just a few clicks from within Zoho Survey. Reaching your audience through social media allows you to collect responses from a wider and more diverse group of respondents beyond your existing contact list. This is an effective way to boost survey participation, gather public opinions, and promote your survey organically through shares, likes, and reposts.

How to send a survey through social media

  1. Select a survey and go to the Publish tab.
  2. Click Add New Collector.
  3. Click Create under the Public Link option in the Public Access section to publish your survey.
  1. The survey URL is displayed as below. Click Facebook, X(Formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Telegram icons to distribute your survey directly through social media websites. For any other platforms, you can click Copy and insert the URL in any of the social media platforms.
