Configure Response Update Permissions

Allow respondents to edit or update their submitted responses based on your survey requirements. You can control how updates are permitted.

How to configure response update permissions

  1. Select the required survey and click the Builder option from the left pane.
  2. Click the Publish tab.
  3. Click the required collector or create a new one.
  4. Click Response Restriction from the left pane.
  5. Click Configure. 
 
 
      
      You can restrict when a respondent can update their responses:
    1. Respondents can't update their response - The respondents will not be able to edit or resubmit the survey after submission.
    2. Respondents can update their response in the same browser until they complete the survey - Respondents can edit their response at any point before final submission, as long as they use the same browser.
    3. Respondents can update their response in the same browser at any time - They can update their responses even after submission as long as they use the same browser.
  1. After choosing a restriction click Save.
