Delete Responses

You can delete unwanted responses and analyze only valid and important responses for better insights.

Use cases

Consider a feedback survey of a store where many responses might be collected. While analyzing them, you can delete unwanted, invalid or even partial responses. By removing irrelevant or off-topic responses, you can focus on the most important feedback and gain deeper insights.

How to delete responses?

Navigate to the Reports tab and click Actions > Delete Responses.
Select either of the two options from the delete option.
To delete all the responses, click Delete all. You can also clear survey visits.
In the Delete filtered responses, you can select only responses from particular time or custom filter.
