How to permanently delete responses from trash

1. Go to the Responses tab.
   
2. Select all the responses to be deleted. You can do this by individually selecting each response or create filters.
   

 

1. Click Move to Trash.
   
2. To view all trashed responses, click the Custom View  dropdown and click Trashed.
   

1. All trashed responses for the survey will be displayed as below.  
   

 

1. Select the responses to be deleted permanently and click Delete.
   

1. After confirmation, click Delete.
   

Note:

Deleted records cannot be recovered.
