Show or Hide Columns
Customize the Responses tab to display only the information you need. You can show or hide individual columns, or hide entire sections like Response fields, Questions, or Notes, to keep your view focused and easy to scan.
How to show or hide columns
- Go to the Responses tab.
- To hide a single column, click the More menu(
) name next to the column label and click Hide Column.
- To hide or show all columns click Hide All or Show All respectively.
- To hide more than one column, click the Customize Grid option
and unselect the columns that needs to be hidden.
- You can select columns individually or select all columns within a section such as Response fields, Questions, or Notes. The list of fields displayed is as follows:
- Response ID
- IP address
- User agent
- Response Status
- Response link
- Survey URL accessed by the respondent
- Start time
- Completion time
- Time taken
- Collector
- Total rating
- CSAT Score
- Average rating
- Quotas
- Tags
- Respondent location
- Respondent Variables
- Survey questions
- Notes
- By default, the response view includes Response ID, Response Status, Start time, all survey questions and Notes.
- Click Apply.
- To unhide columns, click Customize Grid option
and select required columns to be displayed.
