Reports Overview
The Reports module consolidates all your survey responses into actionable insights. It allows you to view both summarized data and individual responses in detail. You can generate various types of reports, including Custom, Cross-Tab, and Trend reports, enabling you to analyze different parameters of your survey effectively. Additionally, the data can be presented in visually intuitive formats such as charts, tables, and graphs, making it easier to interpret and act upon.
Response collection
View responses as a comprehensive summary or individual submissions. You can share, export, and delete responses, as well as add response notes for accountability.
Summary of responses
Get detailed information about responses in real time with Zoho Survey's reporting tools. Customize reports and set up a schedule to deliver them, or compare different reports and filter your responses by the criteria you set. You can view a summary of all responses.You can view response stats such as:
Survey visits - Number of visits in your survey.
Total responses - Total number of responses, including completed and partial responses in your survey.
Completed responses - Total number of completed responses in your survey.
Partial responses - Total number of incomplete or partial responses in your survey.
Individual responses
View responses individually as a report with this setting. The respondent's IP address, the date, the time they took to complete the survey, and the average rating of the survey will also be displayed. The custom variable data, respondent variable data collected from Email distribution,SMS distribution, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Desk Extension for Zoho Survey, Unique URL Generator and unique parameter names will also be displayed in this section.
Types of reports
Generate different reports like custom, cross-tab, and trend reports. You can schedule, share, and export them.
Custom report - Customize your report with only essential parameters for analysis.
Cross-tab report - Analyze two or more parameters with Cross-tab report.
Trend report - See emerging trends in your report with the trend report.
Charts and Tables- Visualize survey data through charts and tables for easy understanding. Identify trends and compare different entities to make better decisions.
Filters-Create filters to focus on specific survey subsets to identify and analyze your responses more efficiently.
Sharing results
Export reports, print them, or share them online with others in different formats like PDF, Spreadsheet, etc. Control access to shared reports for added privacy.
Analysis
To gain deeper insights from your survey data, consider employing advanced analytical techniques such as TURF analysis, sentiment analysis, and word clouds.
