Social Media Preview
You can now customize the preview text, title, and logo that appear when you share your survey on social media or through other messaging applications. However, while you make an update to the meta information on these social media websites and apps, you'd notice a delay in the updated data to reflect in the site. You'd need to do either of the following to get the data updated:
- Create new collectors each time you make an update and share the survey again by using the new collector
- Share the survey URL again by using the social media icons in Launch
To add a custom preview title:
- Open the Settings tab and click Social Media Preview on the left menu.
- Click Use survey title if you'd like to use the name of the survey as the preview title.
- Click Use specific text, and type in the new title in the textbox if you'd like to use a custom title.
To add a preview image:
- Open the Settings tab and click Social Media Preview on the left menu.
- Click Use survey logo if you'd like to use the survey logo as the preview image.
- Click Use specific image and select Browse to upload an image of your choice.
Note You can upload images up to 2MB in size, with a resolution of 1200px x 628px. |
To add a preview text:
- Open the Settings tab and click Social Media Preview on the left menu.
- Edit the default description if you'd like to add a custom preview description for your survey.
