Survey Disqualification Page

The Survey Disqualification page helps to show a customized message to the respondents who have been disqualified from answering your survey.
On the Survey Disqualification page, based on your requirement, you can:
  1. Configure a Disqualification page logic
  2. Show a merged document
  3. Create a custom message
  4. Redirect to a new page

To configure the Survey Disqualification page  logic

  1. Navigate to Survey Disqualification Page>Settings>Survey
  2. Click Add Logic in the End Page Logic section. 

  3. Select a question in the If list.

  4. Set a condition:
    1. Equal to
    2. Not equal to
    3. Contains
    4. Doesn't contain
    5. Starts with
    6. Ends with 
    7. Answered
    8. Not answered
      If you select anything that has a numerical value in the If section, choose from the following conditions: 
    9. Equal to
    10. Not equal to
    11. Less than
    12. Greater than
    13. In between
    14. Answered
    15. Not Answered
  5. In  the Operand box provided, type in or choose the answer you're looking for.
  6. Click + to add multiple conditions.
    Note:
    Multiple conditions work in a pattern similar to this: (((((C1 and/or C2) and/or C3) and/or C4) and/or C5) and/or ...) where C1, C2, C3, ... are conditions.
  7. Click X to remove conditions.
  8. Click And/Or to  connect multiple conditions.
  9. Click the Trash Can icon to delete logic conditions
  10. In the Then list, select what you want your respondents to see after submitting their response:
    1. Show a merged document: Attach a merged document to the respondent.
    2. Custom Message: Show respondents a customised message instead of the usual Thank You page. Type the message in the text box that appears. You can also insert a variable to the survey close message. 
    3. Redirect to a new page:  Send respondents to a different page after they submit their responses. Type in the URL of the page in the space provided. You can also add parameters to the redirect URL and mention parameters in the survey response. To do so:
      1. Click Add Parameter in the Dynamic Parameters section. 
      2. Enter the parameter name. For example, you can pass a URL parameter in the survey URL shared with your respondent. If you want the data passed on to the survey URL to be shown under the redirect URL, you can add it directly as a parameter name here.
      3. Assign a parameter value. To add a direct value as a parameter value, select the Direct value from the list and type in the corresponding value.
      4. Click   to add more parameters.
      5. Click   to delete a parameter.

To show a merged document

If you wish to show a document, say for example in a market research survey you can provide an Acknowledgement letter to educate disqualified respondents on other offerings and appreciate their efforts in attending the survey.

  1. Select the Show a merged document option.
  2. From the drop-down choose the required document.
  3. Click Save.

To show the respondents a customised message  

Instead of the usual Thank You page, you can go a step ahead and share a custom message for your respondents. You can also insert a variable to the survey close message.

  1. Type the custom message you wish to show the respondents in the advanced text editor.
  2. Click on the Insert variable option on the top right of the text editor to add response variables to your custom message.
  3. Click Save and your custom message will be saved.

To  re-direct your respondents to a new page:

If you want to redirect your respondents to a new page after submitting their response, select Redirect to a new page.

  1. Copy/paste in the URL of the page in the space provided. You can also add parameters to the redirect URL and mention parameters in the survey response.
    1. Click Add Parameter in the Dynamic Parameters section.
    2. Enter the parameter name.
    3. Set the parameter value.
    4. Click + to add more parameters.
    5. Click X to delete a parameter.
