You can use the terms and conditions feature to ask your respondents to agree to a set of terms before taking up your survey. You can enable or disable this in the Settings tab. The terms and conditions will be displayed at the end of the Introduction page if you have added an introduction page. Alternatively, it will be displayed at the end of the first page of your survey; in a pop-up survey, the terms and conditions will appear as the first question.

To add terms and conditions to your survey:

1. Click Terms and Conditions in the Settings tab.
   
2. Click Enable.
   
3. Add the agreement in the Description field.
   
4. Add a label for the condition in the Condition Label field.
   
5. Select how you want your users to navigate in the Navigation Behavior section:
   
1. Only enable the Next button upon accepting the agreement
   
2. Display an error message upon clicking the Next button without accepting the agreement
   
6. Click Save.
   

To disable the terms and conditions:

1. Open the Settings tab and click Terms and Conditions in the left menu.
   
2. Toggle the green button off.
