You can view the status of your integrations with Zoho Sheet, Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ, Deluge, Google and Facebook here. Portal Admins need to connect to these apps on this screen before any integration. The admin who performs the connection will also be the integration admin for that particular app. You can disconnect or connect to your integrations, and also change the integration admins in this section. However, if the integration with Zoho CRM is done on the CRM side and not from Zoho Survey, you will not find the option to disconnect this integration in the Survey UI.
