Exports
Portal and department admins can manage the exported files within Setup> Portals and Setup> Departments respectively.
You can view the status of the scheduled export requests, and once the request is processed, you can download and manage all the exported files in the Exports section. The file will be available for download for 15 days from the date of export. You can also use the filter and search options to find specific files for sections within the survey. The resources associated with each file can also be found here. For example, if you've exported a file that is related to audit logs, the Resources column will display "Audit Logs". The survey-related files will show the survey name in the Resources column.
To download an exported file:
- Click the user info widget in the top right corner.
- Click Setup.
- Click Exports in the Portal/Department Setup section.
- Select the file you want to download.
- Click
. The file will be downloaded to your device.
To delete an exported file:
- Click the user info widget in the top right corner.
- Click Setup.
- Click Exports in the Portal/Department Setup section.
- Select the file you want to delete.
- Click
.
- Click Delete in the confirmation dialogue box that follows.
