To edit department information:

1. Click Department Information in the Department Setup section.
   
2. Click Edit to update the department name.
   
3. Make necessary changes and click Update. 
   

To delete a department:

1. Select the department you want to delete in the Department Setup section.
   
2. Click Department Information and select Delete.
   
3. Click Yes, Delete in the dialogue box that follows.
   
4. If the department has surveys in it, you'd be prompted to transfer them to another department before deleting them. Select the department to which you need to transfer surveys, and then click Transfer and Delete.
   

To switch between portals in the same survey account:

1. Click the department in use on the top right corner of the page.
   
2. Select a department within the portal you want to switch to.

You can also click the survey icon on the top left corner of the page to switch to another portal.
