You can analyze NPS scores, NPS category distribution, and CSAT scores for NPS questions(only if NPS question is placed in column axis) to get a holistic view of customer sentiment. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to put your customers first.
Click Create to create your report.
Give your report a name and add the question that has to be compared and analyzed with other questions in the row axis. Put the NPS question in the column axis.
Once the report is created, you can analyze the NPS score, NPS category distribution and CSAT. To analyze, go to Customize > Metrics > Metric of your choice.
Click on Save, and the report will be generated under Cross-tab Reports.
