Imagine you are doing a market research survey. You wanted a detailed analysis of the number of responses, overall NPS, overall CSAT, etc. To have every data in one report may be cumbersome to analyze. So, you can create custom reports for specific cases and do better analysis.
How to create custom reports
Navigate to Reports > Custom Report > Create.
Give your report a name and select the parameters that have to be added in the report.
Select from the dropdown buttons the type of Display option you'd like to set in your survey

Click SAVE.
To view a custom report:
Click Custom Report in the left pane.
Select the custom report you want to view.
How to edit a custom report:
Click Reports in the left pane.
Hover over the custom report you created in the Custom Reports section, then click the Edit icon.
Make the necessary edits, and click SAVE.
To clone a custom report:
Click Reports in the left pane.
Hover over the custom report you have created in the Custom Reports section.
Click the Duplicate icon.
Make the necessary edits to the report name and click Create.
How to delete a custom report:
Click Reports on the left pane.
Hover over the custom report you have created in the Custom Reports section.
Click the Delete icon.
Click Delete and confirm your selection.
