To create a trend report:

1. Click Create in the Trend Report section.
   
2. Enter a name in the Report name box.
   
3. Select a trend frequency for your graph from the dropdown.
   
1. Click Until today and select a range to display the trend statistics.
   
2. Select For a specific time period to select a time range.
   
3. Select dates in the From and To calendars. 
   
4. Select the questions you want to include in the report.
1. Choose Select all button if you want to include all the questions.
   
2. Select the checkbox next to the page number to select all the questions from that page.
   
3. Click  to hide questions from a particular section. Click the Display option next to each question to select the type of report you want to generate.
   
1. Select Show chart to select chart to display your reports along with labels.
   
2. Select Show data to show the data without a chart.
   
3. Select Show stats to display statistics. If questions don't support chart reporting, only the data will be displayed by default. You can select all display options (Chart, Data, and Stats) for questions that support them. 
   
5. Click  Save.
   

To edit a trend report:

1. Click Trend Report on the left pane. 
   
2. Click the day/week/month/quarter or select a trend report. 
   
3. Click  to edit the report.
   
4. Click    to select display options. 
   
1. Click  or  to export the graph to JPEG or PDF. 
   

To clone a trend report:

1. Click Reports on the left pane. 
   
2. Hover over the trend report you want to duplicate. 
   
3. Click   to duplicate the report.
   
4. Make necessary changes to the Report name and click Create.  
   
   
   

To delete a trend report: 

1. Click Reports on the left pane. 
   
2. Hover over the trend report you want to delete. 
   
3. Click   to delete the report, then click Delete to confirm your selection.  
   
   
   

To view the NPS Score for a question:

1. Click Trend Report on the left pane. 

2. Click the day, week, month, or quarter or select a trend report. 

3. Navigate to the question and click Customize.

   
   

4. Click on the Metrics dropdown and select NPS Score.
   

5. Click Save.
   

Note: NPS Score is available only for the NPS question type.

To view the Average Rating for a question:

1. Click Trend Report on the left pane. 

2. Click the day, week, month, or quarter or select a trend report. 

3. Navigate to the question and click Customize.

   
   

4. Click on the Metrics dropdown and select Average Rating.
   

5. Click Save.
   

Note: Average rating is available only for Likert and star rating question types.
