Create trend reports to analyze data over a specific period. Let's look at how to create a trend report with the Zoho Survey.
Use cases:
You're running a business on an e-commerce website and are conducting surveys to know about customers' feedback on your products. To improve sales, you have innovative ideas like discounts, offers, and coupons for some weeks. You wanted to know customer feedback during such times. To do that, you can create a trend report and analyze the performance during a period.
How to create Trend Reports
Go to the Reports section and choose
Trend Report.

Click on Create, and then name your report and select the parameters to be added in the report.
You can configure the trend by day, week, month, or quarter, and until a specific period.

A specific time-period can be selected to generate statistics.

Click Save.
How to view a trend report
Click Trend Report in the left pane.
Select the custom report you want to view.
How to edit a trend report
Click Reports in the left pane.
Hover over the trend report you created in the Trend Reports section.
Click the Edit icon.
Make your edits, then click Save.
How to clone a trend report:
Click Reports on the left pane.
Hover over the trend report you want to duplicate.
Click the Duplicate icon to duplicate the report.
Make necessary changes to the Report name and click Create.
How to delete a trend report:
Click Reports on the left pane.
Hover over the trend report you want to delete.
Click the Delete icon to delete the report, then click Delete to confirm your selection.
How to view the NPS score for a question
You can view the NPS score for NPS questions in trend report.
Click Trend Report in the left pane.
Click the day, week, month, or quarter, or select a trend report.
Navigate to the question and click Customize.
Click the Metrics dropdown and select NPS Score.
Click Save.
How to view the average rating for a question
You can view the average rating for Likert and Star rating questions.
Click Trend Report on the left pane.
Click the day, week, month, or quarter, or select a trend report.
Navigate to the question and click Customize.
Click on the Metrics dropdown and select Average Rating.
Click Save.
How to view the CSAT score for a question
You can view the CSAT score for Likert, Star and NPS rating questions.
Click Trend Report in the left pane.
Click the day, week, month, or quarter, or select a trend report.
Navigate to the question and click Customize.
Click the Metrics dropdown and select CSAT Score.
Click Save.
