The Admin Console provides portal administrators with a central place to manage users, licenses, compliance settings, and MCP access for their portal.

Availability

The Admin Console is available only for Professional plan users.

Who can access the Admin Console?

The Admin Console is available to Portal Owners and Portal Managers of the portals with a valid subscription to professional plan.

Access the Admin Console

To open the Admin Console:

1. Go to My Portals.

2. Find the portal you want to manage.

3. Click the More icon next to the portal.

4. Select Admin Console.
