Use Manage Users to keep track of your portal users, manage their roles and licenses, and monitor your available licenses.

At a glance

Get a quick view of your portal's license and user usage:

No. of licenses purchased

See how many paid licenses you've purchased for your portal.

No. of unused licenses

See how many purchased licenses are still available to assign.

No. of free users

See how many users are using the portal without a paid license.

View and find users

Find the users you're looking for and view their key details, including:

• Name and email address
• Last active date
• Joined date
• Portal role
• License type

Use Search to quickly find a user, or use the available filters to narrow the list by activity or portal role.

Manage collaborators

Portal Owners and Portal Managers can manage collaborators directly from the user list.

Delete a collaborator

1. Find the collaborator you want to remove.
2. Click the More icon on their user card.
3. Select Delete.

The collaborator will no longer have access to the portal.
