In Zoho Tables, a view is essentially a filtered set of records based on conditions you define, such as “Status = Pending” or “Due Date < Today.” These views don't contain separate copies of the data; they simply show only the records that match the filter criteria at any given moment.
For instance, you might want to be notified of a task that's way past its due date and is in the Pending Tasks view in the Orders table under the Purchase Order base.
Choose the trigger
From the list of conditions, choose When a record enters a view. Choose the Orders table and then the view (Pending Tasks) that you want the automation to monitor for the new records.
Add an action
After choosing the trigger, choose +Add Action and then Send Email.
Enter your email address, a subject line, and a custom message.
Note: Ensure that you enable automation to complete the process.
