To import data from Zoho CRM:
Click + ADD BASE at the top of the bases listing page.
From the list of options to create a new base, choose Zoho CRM.
You’ll be shown a confirmation to connect your Zoho CRM account with Zoho Tables. Click CONTINUE.
This will redirect you to a confirmation window from Zoho OneAuth. Click Connect.
After giving OneAuth permission, you'll be redirected to the Zoho services login page. Click Accept to give permission to access data from your CRM account.
Once your accounts are connected, you’ll be redirected to your Zoho CRM account in a new tab.
Navigate back to the Zoho Tables workspace.
You’ll see a list of modules configured in your CRM account in the Zoho CRM floating window in Zoho Tables. Choose a module.
From the chosen modules, choose the fields that you want to import to Zoho Tables. While selecting a field configured in Zoho CRM, the data will be automatically matched to the appropriate field type in Zoho Tables.
After choosing the desired modules and fields, click Import.
Note: You can select up to 50 fields per module.
This will import the most recent 10,000 records in every module from Zoho CRM into a new base in Zoho Tables.
Once the data is imported, you can open the base directly from the pop-up or open the base from the listing.
Without an existing Zoho CRM account
When you choose to import data from Zoho CRM to Zoho Tables, you’ll be asked to create a new CRM account.
Click + ADD BASE
Choose to import from Zoho CRM from the list of sources.
