It's easy to take your collaborators directly to a specific section of the Zoho Tables application. 

You can use Share Access URLs as you navigate through any part of the interface. Your collaborators can enter the respective URL in the address bar that immediately directs them to the specific view/part of your interface, like the portal, workspace, base, table, view, expanded records, dialog boxes, etc.

These URLs come with a unique encrypted ID for each component, preventing unauthorized access.

How does it work?

1. Go to any section of the Zoho Tables interface & copy the URL from the address bar
2. Share it with collaborators who have access to the section
3. Your collaborator will be directed straight to the same page using the URL

Back & Forward Clicks

Back and Forward options in your browser allow you to navigate quickly between visited pages without reloading the entire interface. This feature has no restriction, you can switch between any section, such as views, dialogs, etc.
