The attachment field type allows you to add one or more files to individual records in the below formats.

Spreadsheets
Presentations
Videos & Audios
Emails
PDFs
Developer file formats

You can even preview the attached files and also download them.

How to add a file ?

Select attachment as the field type,
Click the + or expand icon in the record.
Choose the file to upload. You can upload a file up to 50 MB

How to preview the attached file ?

Upon uploading, click on the file thumbnail in a record, and it opens up a preview screen to get a preview of it.

How to download the attached file ?

1. Click the download icon on the preview screen at the right top

(or)

Click the expand icon in the record, Hover over the attached file and click the download icon.

How to delete the attached file ?

1. Click the + or expand icon in the record.

2. Hover over the attached file and click the delete icon.
