What is the primary field?
The primary field is a user-defined field that acts as the unique label or title for each record in a table. It is always pinned as the first column and cannot be hidden, moved, or deleted.
Example:
In a contacts table, setting "Full Name" as the primary field ensures that every expanded record is identified by name rather than by an ID or another value.
